CANCELLATION POLICY

At Intricate Beauty By Karmella, your appointment time is intentionally reserved just for you. A non-refundable deposit is required to book and will be applied toward your service total. We understand that life can happen. Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 24 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, same-day cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations without rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit and may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a shortened service or require rescheduling, and may be subject to a fee up to 100%. A card on file is required to book. By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize Intricate Beauty By Karmella to charge any applicable fees. All sales are final.
