CANCELLATION POLICY
At Intricate Beauty By Karmella, we value your time and commitment to our services. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% service fee, and a “No Show” will result in a charge equal to the original service cost. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may be accommodated, but rescheduling and a fee of up to 100% may apply. All fees must be settled before rebooking. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. However we will do our best to rectify any situation. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your business, time and our relationship!
